For the Cake:
- Start by gathering all your cake ingredients. In a blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and margarine. Blend until the mixture is smooth and ready.
- Prepare a greased and floured Bundt pan to hold this delightful mixture. Pour the batter into the pan, preparing it for baking.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Once heated, place the pan inside and allow the cake to bake until golden, which will take about 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your oven.
- To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean when the cake is ready.
For the Icing:
- While the cake bakes, prepare the icing. In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut.
