Instructions for Banana Pudding Brownies
Prepare the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and vanilla pudding mix, mixing until smooth. Gradually add the milk and eggs, continuing to mix until fully blended. Stir in the banana extract.
Prepare the Brownies:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well. Then, add the flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until a thick dough forms.
Assemble and Bake:
Line a 9×13-inch glass casserole dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the pan. Pour the filling over the brownie layer and spread it out evenly. Arrange the vanilla wafers on top in a 4×6 grid.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until the top is a golden brown. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy your delicious banana pudding brownies!
